X-17. CI 1.75. Drawing. Trench i. Medieval. Sparse Glazed B Ware (ceramica con vetrina sparsa B). Closed form. Rim fragment of jug with tapering inward turned rim preserving a broad strap handle. Form 6. Ø 7 cm, wth. 0.35 cm, thickness of handle 0.7 cm, width of handle 4.7-5 cm. Fabric 4: 5YR 5/6 (yellowish red). On top of the rim are two distinct holes surrounded with glaze. Traces of stacking in the kiln? Parallels: Paroli 1990, pl. 42, no. 336 (biconical jug). Date: first half of the 12th century
