Y-101 CR 1A.10.868. Renaissance Pottery. Other Renaissance Wares and Later Fine Wares. Base fragment of plate with a flat base. Marbled ware. Form 2? Ø 9 cm, wth. 0.75 cm, fth. 0.5 cm. Fabric 4: 2.5YR 6/8 (light red). The vessel has been decorated on the interior as well as on the exterior, apart from underneath the base, with green and brown "marbling" on a white slip. Parallels to the form: Ricci 1985, pl. 32, no. 312 (closest parallel); decoration: Cini et al. 1985, fig. 91, no. 14. Origin: Pisa. Date: 16th century
