G-19 (top left). CA 23.29, trench A. Patera with an out-turned horizontal rim. Rim fragment. H. 2.5 cm, w. 3.9 cm, wth. 0.6 cm, Ø int. 13.2 cm. Fine creamy fabric with some white and red inclusions and containing a large amount of glitter, 7.5YR 7/4 pink. The surfaces are untreated, 7.5YR 7/4 pink, and the decoration, 10R 5/8 red, consisted of a band along the interior edge of the rim and on the flat horizontal rim which is partly missing. Remains of red may also be observed immediately above the two holes, which pierce the wall below the rim. Parallels: Gjerstad 1966, 120-121, fig. 43; 163-164, fig. 65.4. The surfaces are untreated, 5YR 6/4 light reddish brown. The decoration, 2.5YR 5/8 red, consists of a red band along the interior and exterior edge of the rim. Fine fabric with some glitter and a few white and red inclusions, 7.5YR 7/4 pink. The surfaces are untreated, 7.5YR 7/4 pink, and the decoration, 2.5YR 5/8 red, consists of externally a narrow band on the edge of the rim, a broader band on the inner half of the rim and the angle, and internally a broad band parallel to the rim. G-22 (top centre). CA 35.444bis, trench A. Cup. Fragment of shoulder with beginning of handle. H. 2 cm, w. 1.8 cm, wth. 0.3 cm. Fine creamy fabric containing a few tiny red inclusions, some glitter and several small voids, 7.5YR 7/4 pink. Internally glazed, 10R 5/6 red, externally untreated, 7.5YR 7/4 pink, with decoration, 10R 5/6 red, consisting of bands below the handle. Parallels: Cavagnaro Vanoni 1966, tomb 65, 91, no. 5, pl. 6; Etruschi 1980, 258-259, no. 18 (sub-geometric); Leach 1987, 48, no. 97, p. 157.5. Date: end 7th century BC. G-42 (top right). CA 35.446, trench A. Unidentified closed form, handle. Fragment of handle. Length 2 cm, Ø 0.9 cm. Fine creamy fabric with some glitter and several small voids, 7.5YR 8/4 pink. The surfaces are untreated, 7.5YR 8/4 pink, and the decoration, 2.5YR 6/8 light red, has almost disappeared, but there remains part of two transverse bands. Parallels and date: this handle may possibly belong to a cup like C 35A444bis (G-22) or Mangani-Paoletti 1986, 32-36, pl. 29-31.
